Installing locally the Qlik add-in for Microsoft Excel (vidyard.com)
I dont have the management console button
I want the add-in ( or add on ) on excel , if i can download it from a different way its ok
Before you can successfully download the manifest.xml you need to setup oAuth for tabular reporting.
(you also need to ensure you have the correct permissions - https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Reporting/cloud-tabular-...
Once your oAuth setup correctly, you can select your tabular reporting oauth from the sharing and reports>excel addin found in settings of your tenant management console.
Then you can download the xml file.

If you are referring to Qlik Tabular Reporting, there are many steps you need to follow to deploy it to your Qlik Cloud tenant.

Yes I was watching the video Tabular reporting (vidyard.com) but i need the manifest.xml, It's an add in for excel
You can have it from the management console
management console > settings > sharing and reports > excel add in > download ( file xml , 5KB )
