The User is not able to duplicate the app in Qlik Sense Server

Hi Folks,

i got a Situation, i created the acces to the app for any users (in Qlik Sense Server), They are able to see the app but not able to dubplicate them,

does anybody know how to resolve this issue, Where should i make any selections to make app duplicable for my users.

You should check the Security Rule for the stream you've published the app to. If only 'Read' is checked, they won't be able to duplicate the app.

Have you looked at this post?  It's kind of the reverse of what you are trying to do, but it does give you a rule that you can audit based on User and App.

What kind of license have these people been assigned. Analyzer license don't have self service capability.

they have an Analyzer License, What do you mean: dont have self Service capability?

Please see the difference between the two licenses.  Analyzer user cant create sheet or create applications.

Professional

User

Perpetual Professional User is a full developer, administrator and user license, which provides access to

all features of Sense. Professional Users receive all of the features of the Analyzer User plus

the ability to create Qlik Sense Applications (“Applications”) and sheets, access My Work, and

authenticate to both mobile and Desktop.

Analyzer

User

Perpetual Analyzer User provides the ability to view Applications, create bookmarks, create and publish

stories, print objects/stories/sheets, export data from an object to Excel or PDF, and

authenticate to mobile. Analyzer Users may not use Qlik Sense for any other function,

including but not limited to, create or modify Qlik Applications, create or publish new sheets,

update or modify data, access My Work, or authenticate to Desktop.
