The chart shows "incomplete visualization" after Sheet access

I have used "Master items" in chart, but after sheet level access for particular user it shows "incomplete visualization" error for that chart where as the same combo chart is visible for user who has full access of an application.
What other settings do I need to make?

Could it be that you have applied restriction on resource.objectType="masterobject" as well?

Does the user see master measures and dimensions?

Not in the safety rules resource.objectType= "masterobject". Do I need to add this code?

If the chart uses master items (dimensions, measures, visualizations), other users will display "incomplete visualization".

I don't have this info straight out of my head in details, but Yes you should make sure that the user is able to access the master items objects. 

Try to search the community and/or the support.qlik.com site.
