Two tables with same field names doesn't concatenate

I have two tables with exact same field names, but they're not been concatenated by QlikView.

When I force QlikView to concatenate the two tables with Concatenate, all the data from the second table is appended with null values.

Someone has an idea of what might be causing this problem?

An auto-concatenate happens only if there is an identically data-structure at the load-time. If there is any noconcatenate-statement active or a qualifying or any renaming or dropping of fields is done it may prevent the concatenation.
