Unable to Download Data from Table Chart Qlik Sense

Hello,

We have created a dashboard in Qlik sense, all good so far, however we are trying to download Data from Table Chart in Qlik Sense, output excel file shows zero in all the numbers. Is this a bug in qlik sense? Can someone please help. Thanks.

We have solved the problem. Disabled Auto Sum Totals in the options, and it worked.

Any idea why this happens ? Is this a bug?
