Unable to open Qlik Management Console

Hello I installed Olik enterprise software on my PC and Activate the license. IT works fine just for two hourse and when I restart my PC the Qlik Management Console was unable to start- The browser says unable to start.

Then someone from the qlik community suggests me that I have to check that all the services of qlik are running. So I checked the services by using services.msc on my computer. and yeah no services of qlik are running 

So I try to start the services but get the following Error 1068 :  The dependency service or group failed to start.

Now I have no idea what to do next how to solve the issue I am getting.

Please let me know if someone has any ideas how to solve the issue.

Did you try to reboot your Server? . Then start the Repository Database then Repository Services in that sequence

I restart the server many  times and check but the response are same. it shows same erroe everytime
