Dear Team,
I am facing an issue with the connection setup in Qlik after creating a service id in Qlik. This is one of our client requirement to change the service id from an existing one to a new one. So we created one user and give the administration right in the server and Root Admin in Qlik QMC. Then we changed the service id to the new one for all the Qlik services.
Then we done an upgradation from the version September 2018 to 2021 May patch2. And the Upgradation also successful. But the probelm is there is no connection types are provided for the new service id while loading data in Qlik. How to provide the same connection type setup for the new Service user as same as that of the existing user. Please help us to sort the issue.
