User directory configuration

In trying to sync the new users from database in qmc server but task got failed.the error was 

The user directory connector (UDC) is not configured, because the following error occured:exception when trying to connect to the data sources edit the connection string in the user directory connector configuration... 

How to resolve this and sync the new users

Suggest that you start by reviewing the Qlik Sense Enterprise online Help Creating a User Directory Connector

• What type of connection are your trying to configure: Generic LDAP, Advanced LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, ApacheDS, ODBC, Access (via ODBC), Excel (via ODBC), or SQL (via ODBC)?
• What do you currently have configured?

Can you provide answer to previous question of what you currently have configured?
The section of the Qlik Help entry Creating a User Directory Connector entry that I previously provided that you want to pay attention to is Connection (ODBC) and Via (ODBC).  See also Qlik Help entry ODBC example (SQL) for a demo.

Can you connect to this database using the the connection string outside of Qlik Sense? Also, you may want to verify the connection string with your SQL DBA.

I'm trying to sync the new users data ,then the task got failed .My user

Can you successfully connect to the db outside of Qlik Sense?
