Value coming in 2 rows

The values are coming in two rows because Item Signal is different.

I want Qlik Sense should only consider my company code, As on Date, Item and inventory category to split the values into different rows, I don't want them to go to the next row other than these fields.

How to achieve this?

You could make those as measures, as an example in your table, have your company code, As on Date, Item and inventory category as dimensions and then show the others as measures.

eg Minstring([Item Signal Description])
