Value labels display on bar chart

Hello everyone!

I just have a quick question on the subject of value labels on a bar chart. Here's how mine looks at the moment:

I was wondering if there's a way to display every number at the same place (in the bar, white font) instead of the numbers sometimes being above the bar when there's enough space (like the 2 bars with the 129 values)?

Unless it's an extension or u create ur own chart, it's not possible
