Values negative to positive and viceversa

I have a table with positive and negative values. Do you know how I can convert negatives in positives and viceversa?

Use =Fabs(Numbers) for converting everything into positive
Use =Fabs(Numbers) *-1 for converting everything into negative.

Just simply multiply your column or expression with -1 (Column/expression *-1)
