Zip Code Error on Map Chart

Hello,

I'm trying to create a basic map based off an Excel spreadsheet.  Every line item is a Case and we want to visually see how many Cases we have in each zip code.  I have a column for the 5 digit zip code on my spreadsheet (this is in the US).  When I add my zip code field as a point layer, I get an error telling me "the following locations had more than one result" and those zip codes are not included on the map.  An example is 92870.

Any advice on how to get this error cleared so that my zip codes each show would be great.  Then I plan to do size by count of Cases. I'm a brand new user so I apologize if this is an easy question

Thanks!

Kevin

Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same issue.

Did anyone ever solve this issue? I'm trying to take a simple data set of US zip codes, and getting the same error?
