access is denied while storing qvd files

Hi All,

I'm getting schedule failure for few dashboards recently in QMC and error says access is denied while storing the qvds. If I retrigger it, error will become I/O error. But when I try to load it with load editor, load is successful.

These are not new dashboards and schedule is running with service account and have access to file location as well.

Can you please suggest what can be wrong with this?

It could be the folder or file gets locked by other process or program.  You can check if all qlik sense folders are excluded from antivirus scan.  Refer to https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Qlik-Sense-Folder-And-Files-To-Exclude-From-Anti-Virus-Scann...
