check whether is coming for latest 3 years or not?

Hi All, 

I have a line chart in which measures are source_value and Target_value,Dimension is year/month.

Now in my data quality check i wants to verify whether data is coming for latest 3 years or not.

if(year>=max({1}Total year)-3,'Yes','No')

or sum(if(year>=max({1}Total year)-3,TargetValue))
