concat or show all possible values

Hi All,

Can someone help me with the below scenario.

Input

expected output.

If a user selects on Name= A  or B or C or D, then it should show 

As Check = 10 is common on all ID.

If we select Name = E then

If the user selects  Name = F or G or H

As check= 11 is common across all.
