I have created some Qilk sense dashboard on top of our Help desk tickets and users wanted to open the ticket in Helpdesk from the Qlik sense dashboard.Has anyone tried this?

Hello Sujan - this functionality is not available in Qlik Sense at the moment.
The only option for now, is to create or find an extension (on Qlik Branch) that incorporates this functionality.

+1 for being able to create links from Sense objects!!
Could be from labels, cells in a table, dimensional values, from entire objects, ...
This becomes really important in a heterogenous environment where Sense is one of several systems that people access. Being able to link from Sense objects to a wiki document (where further context for the chart in question can be placed) would for example be quite useful.
