exclure data present in excel file

i have a request: 

select 

name_team , team_code , date_event , name_pole , name_establishment from tab1 , tab2 ,tab3

and a excel file contient :

team_code , start_date, end_date 

I want to exclude teams from a start date to end date period that are presented in the file. 

the result should be (request - file)

any help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee

have a field that flags the teamcode from the excel file.  

then you either load excluding the specific value  in this field

or select in the field values in the front end filter.
