fonctionnement Qlik Sense Desktop

Bonjour, 

Je n'arrive plus à faire fonctionner l'outil Qlik Sense Desktop.

Lorsque je lance l'outil sur mon pc , il reste bloqué sur cette page avec le message "veuillez patienter ..."

How are you authenticating for Qlik sense desktop? Is it via SaaS edition or enterprise?

 

I would suggest upgrading to latest edition and see if that helps. Below is the general troubleshooting which you can try:
