how to add additional points in qlik sense maps

Hello everyone!

I have created a new map with a point layer to locate the clients on a map.

Now I would like to add an additional point to this map (it can be in the same layer or in a new one).

I have calculated the longitude and the latitude of the point I want to add to the map (it is basically the center of gravity), but I do not know how it should be added.

Could someone help me with this issue?

Thank you very much in advance!
Joan

Hey Joan,

Solution might be.. Select the map, select layer, add new, point layer(If this is what youre going for?), select your field. GO to location, click on lat and long cord. deselect the auto scope for location and select Administrative area 1, type "usa" (or whichever country you're in), if its a state area put that in as well under administrative area 2 (ex:TX)

I am not fully sure I know what you are asking for. Are you having issues with adding long/lat info or figuring out how to add it as a layer all together, would love to help you just need a little more information about your desired results.

hope this helps,

Harrison
