Hi Tarig,

Pivot tables have the option to add Totals to either the columns or the rows however this is a calculation over all values in your columns. Looking at the documentation I couldn't find a way of adding a total that doesn't include all values. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else can come up with answer to this.

In the mean time an option you could consider is a straight table with multiple measures using set analysis to break up each of the columns to their relevant Category. This way your Total column could be a set analysis where your Category is equal to {'People w Sale', 'People W/T Sale', 'Not Declared'}.

Regards

Anthony

How about a new measure with '=Column(1)+Column(2)+Column(3)'
