how to sort text and numeric values in straight table

Hi,

I need to sort one dimension in Straight table which contains both numeric values and text values in a way like numeric values should be starting in the  table followed by text values in the ascending order.

Expected output : 

Can anyone please help me here.

Simply sort by L1, then by L2. Note that L1 should be classified as numeric.
