user has to select only value from Metric Type

 and he can select more than one value from other two filters(MetricType,RateType).

No one will answer because no one would understand your need. Please try to take your time to explain your need with maybe an example or else, you'll never find an answer.

As @OmarBenSalem mentions, you need to be a bit more clear in order to get some help..

But I think you mean, an user can only select one value in Metric Type. For this you can apply 'One Selected Value' where only one possible field can be selected.

For the other two, probably Currency and RateType, users can select something else if they want.

Do you want the formula ( your Sum() ) to behave on this?
