lock a field through a function

Is it lock a field (not selected) using a function?

It is an action(Trigger).we don't have direct function to lock the filed.

I used the action that locks a field (called after loading the data) but does not work.

Maybe to lock a specific field, it should be first selected?

My target is to disable the selection of a field, leaving this field present and visible into the report.

I have a multibox object with two field. One of them It must not be selectable (but visible)

Do one thing...

Multibox-->Properties-->Presentation-->Fields(select one field(which you want to be restrict from selection))-->MultiLine settings-->enable Readonly

It will restricts for that perticular field selection.this is option applicable to just read the values.By this selections are not possible.

Go to presentation tab

select on( for example CLI_DATARIF) field..enable the read only...checkbox.

where is this box? Because that which is in the "presentation" tab covers all fields

You nedd to select perticular field..for which field you want to be non-selectable.find the snap below.
