manage professional license access

Hi all,

I have 3 professional licenses and I want to give them different levels of access. The 1st one has all access, the 2nd one can create apps but can't see qmc, the third one can only duplicate sheets under their own workspace, no editing/qmc/script, etc.

Is this something possible to achieve? Thanks in advance!
