Hi Beck

What does not work? Are you not able to make changes to the user or to the app?

User: You have to assign the role using a user with admin rights. Root Admin will work, not sure which other roles will work.

App: You have to duplicate the app using your own user (otherwise you are not the owner and there is a default security rule which states that you can't edit an app if you are not the owner). You can manually change the App's owner in the QMC, but it is safer to just duplicate it using your own user.

Regards,

Mauritz

Hi Beck

The irony is that you might need to be an admin to assign an admin right to yourself (so maybe log in with the other admin account to do this). However, you can assign an admin role under Start -> Users -> Edit User -> Admin Roles. You can then just duplicate the app from the apps list (in the QMC -> Apps -> More Options -> Duplicate) and work on it in your work stream.

Hope this helps.

Mauritz
