problem with the qlick sene Desktop application

Good morning,

We are having the following problem with the qlick sense desktop application. When we log into the qlick page  with our corporate account, inside it does not appear the option to configure the profile so we can not click on the authenticate button to run the application sense desktop.

Can you tell us how to solve this problem?
