"Access Denied" while creating a webfile connection

error.PNG

I tried entering the URL that the rapid-miner created for a web service in Qliksense, but I get the above mentioned error message. What could be the reason for this ?

I think it could be related with cross-domain issue, because your service uses another port even if it is located at the same host as your QlikSense Server... Cross-Domain issue doesn't relates with QlikSense parameters... It's browser's security related feature.

It seems that the Sense exe is gathering the PROXY settings from window's configuration, but our Enterprise policy enforces it to use the company proxy for every connection, so even that it is a LOCALHOST connection, it will try to navigate through the proxy and it will reject the connection.

Hi Balaji,

Are you using Qlik Sense Cloud, Qlik Sense Desktop, or Qlik Sense Enterprise?
