"The document requested was not found on this server" when connecting with hostname instead of IP

Hi,

I am managing a Qlik Sense Server environment on Windows Server 2012 R2. I can connect remotely using the server's IP [https://x.x.x.x..../hub] but I can't connect using the hostname [https://machinename.domain.com/hub]. In that case I get the error "The document requested was not found on this server" .

 

This occurs on both the Hub and QMC when connecting remotely. The machine hosting the server can connect to Hub and QMC using the hostname or localhost but not the IP.

 

Anyone know how to allow remote users to connect using the hostname instead of the IP?
