How can I export a variable which I have created on dashboard to a .txt file.
Do you mean variables you created in the Variable editor or with script SET/LET?
You can use the Add Sense chrome extension to display the variables and export to text file.

I have created that variable on dashboard, in the variable editor. Is there any way to do it without extension.
I don't know of any way to export variables using the native tool. AFAIK you will need to use an external tool such as Add Sense (note this is a Chrome extension, not a Qlik viz extension)
What purpose do you want to export the variables for?
