Access denied message on opening dashboard

Hi, 

I am trying to create an app in my qlik desktop and uploading this to QMC and publishing this app on a specific stream.When i try to open this dashboard, i see a message access denied.How to we resolved this access denied issue?

Are you using Section Access to limit access to your application?

My best guess would be that your user is not included int the Section Access table.

Hi,
I am using the same user access to upload file to qmc.can you please
explain what does section access mean?i do see on streams in qmc that the
user logged in has access to that stream.please suggest how to resolve this
issue

Section Access is a technique that can be used for reducing which data is presented in an application on a user or group level. To determine if you are using Section Access,  try to look for a script line containing the words Section Access;.

Please note that the Desktop does not support Section Access.

Are you sure the denial of access is relate to the uploading? What happens if you just create a new app instead of uploading and try to publish that one to the same stream. Do you then get access to the published app? If not, then the security rules probably rely on some property of the app that needs to be set.
