Can not release filters

This just started happening today.

I had set a couple of filters.  I cleared all filters.  Then I closed the dashboard and the hub.  When I open them back up the filters are still active with the values I had previously made.  I can not get rid of them.

Like I said this just started to happen.  I can't imagine what I changed.  I don't have any bookmarks.  So I don't know how it is doing this.

Help.

I fixed it.  I stopped and restarted all of the QS services.  Now when I open the dashboard it is back to the defaults.  I would still like to understand why this happened and how to prevent it though.
