A client changed the Thumbprint security certificate and the service went down and the screen was locked and cannot change it. Can someone help me solve it?
Hello, If you cannot login to QMC, you can always change the certificate thumbprint in Qlik Repository Database directly. I strongly advice you to not change anything else if you are not aware of the consequences.
