Colour gradient on Pivot

Hi,

I'm creating a pivot table to show hours worked by a member of staff per day. I currently have this created in excel with a gradient format e.g. green if they've worked the hours they should have or more, amber for slightly lower, and red if too low.

I've currently got this formula in my Qlik dashboard:

ColorMix1( rank(total column(1))/noofrows(TOTAL) , lightgreen(),lightred())

Is there a way of setting parameters of what falls into what colour? And then arranging by colour?

@Sophie014  Did not get the question. What do you mean by parameters? Once you set the color expression you can see that what values goes to which color..right?
