Count total no of column which are without null values in Pivot table

Hello,

There is one requirement for Pivot table.

Total of each row should show how many columns have value. 

e.g. below excel table is showing Tick mark in each row , I want to show total count of  tick mark in each row.

even though there is some value instead of that Tick. It should consider as 1 only.

Please let men know how we can implement this in Pivot table.
