Data appear as ????????

Hi all,

I'm loading data from SQL server.

My data is in Hebrew.

All the text fields appear as ?????. only numbers appear correctly.  for example: ???? 1

I'm using chrome and my browser settings are for Israel.

When I load the data to another SQL DB or excel I see the text in hebrew (not the question marks).

I found similar posts regarding Qlik view but I didn't find a solution that worked for me.

well, after changing the regional settings on the server and several restarts to the server itself, the data is displayed correctly.
