Data migration from Oracle to Mysql

We have an oracle 11g database around 4 TB in size , wanted to migrate it to Mysql. 

Note: We have BLOB data , Partitions in few of our tables  and wanted to have parallel/concurrent  processing of data migration in order to cut the downtime.

what will be best strategy or tool

You seem to be in the wrong place... perhaps try an Oracle, MySQL or DBA forum?

Just wanted to know if "Qlik Replicate" can be the appropriate tool for accomplish this task.
