New to Qlik Sense

Good day,

I am currently developing a Profit and Loss table for an accounting firm.

Now they want to see the tables per accounting year.

These accounting years are dependent on the client.

For example.

Client A

Year 1 : 01/01/2015 - 01/01/2016

Year 2: 01/01/2016- 01/04/2018

Year 3: 01/04/2018- 01/04/2019

Client B

Year 1: 01/05/2015 - 01/08/2017

Year 2: 01/08/2017 - 01/08/2019

Is there a way to make it so that Qlik Sense has a variable calendar so if there is a specific client selected it bases the calendars data on the examples given above?

How would one do this?

Maybe when they start the app, they have to select te client first and then the correct accounting years are selected?

And above that, are year comparissons possible in this way?

Hello,

Is there anyone who has a solution for this problem?

The only thing I have is an Excel file where all the accounting years and their dates are present per client.

I could really use some help in this project.
