Does qliksense support setting default value in filters?

Hi experts,

I have a huge amount of data in my DB and I wish to set the default value in my filter so that I do not need to load all of the data which result in low speed. For instance, I have filters like Year, Month, Day and I wish to open the reports in qliksense only show the data within current month. Then I can change the month in the filter if I want.

How can I achieve this?

you can have a bookmark which can have filters applied that can be the default filters when you open the app

Thank you for the reply! Yet how can I have a default filter that automatically display the data within current month? Instead of manully setting the bookmark everymonth.

Hi Aria,

You can use a dynamic bookmark to select the latest month. Then if you use that as default bookmark you will have the latest month selected when the app opens.
