Hi All,
I encountered the issue while importing the app (created on QlikDesktop) and I was asked to check the log file.
After checking the log file, I found the message: "The network path was not found HTTP 500. "
I saw many people having the same issue, but with different error messages... It would be great if someone can share the experiences/opinions.
Thank you.

Hi All,
Thanks for the help. Our team in the end found out that the IP address has been changed, and thus the cluster service should be changed.
I followed the solution below and it worked in the end.

Thank you.

I would check the shared path, make sure that the shared path has the proper shared rights and NTFS rights, else it will fail to write/store that location.

Assuming other apps can export/import. Is the desktop version 'newer' than the sense server version? If so, it may not work unless the app is first opened in an equal or earlier version of desktop than the sense server.
