How to show two markers in one Bullet Chart

Total Addressable Market is used as actual measure for the height of the bars in my bullet chart. For my target expression or marker measure I am using Annual Recurring Revenue of my products. I also want to use Second Marker measure in this bullet chart only. Please find the below screenshot for your reference.

Can anyone please let me know how we can achieve it.
