Maybe it's simple but I need help

I have a table like this

id	year	qty	rate
1	2015	5	200
2	2015	10	300
3	2018	15	400
4	2018	20	500

and I want to display Value in KPI for the year 2018

which would be 16000

15*400 = 6000

20*500= 10000

total 16000

problem is I don't want to select a year and don't want to add a calculated field

Thank you, Petter! then I think I have an issue somewhere else in my data. I am doing that in my database but it is returning - somehow i traped that maybe qlik do not calculate that way. Thank you. let me find my problem.
