I the following table I would like to show only the latest %, but still have the sales values for 2017 Q2 og Q3. How can I do that?
Notes | % | Sales 2016 | Budget 2017 | Sales 2016 Q4 | Sales 2017 Q1 | Sales 2017 Q2 | Sales 2017 Q3 |
2017 Q2,Q3 | 0,0175 | 12 581 420 | 7 113 000 | 3 236 806 | 3 058 755 | 2 906 452 | 2 837 834 |
2016+2017 Q1 | 0,014 | 12 581 420 | 2 850 000 | 3 236 806 | 3 058 755 | 2 906 452 | 2 837 834 |
There are several people who's gonna use the table - filtering options are necessary

Hi
May be like this with a calculated dimension on the Contract dimension like this
=if(% = '0.0175',Contract)
so the sorting table will be :
Thanks, but I don't think this would help.
I'm interested in the newest % (in this case 2017 Q3). There are several Contract Numbers with several different %'s. I've created a new field which combines year and quartal and changed the expression : =IF([Budget.Period]='201703',Contract)
This is the result:
As there are sales in other budget periods, they come up "blank"
Hi
may be
In contrôle panel of the dimension
=IF([Budget.Period]='201703',Contract)
Unchek the case "show others"
