We have installed Qlik Sense 2 week ago all of suddent from friday we are not able to login to QMC.
Could you say with your expertise what could be reason

We are assumed that our license is expired in this case, I have new a license. Since I am not able to login into QMC , please suggest me is there anyway to update my license
Could you check if the firewall is off?
Maybe you change the prefix in the node, for example if you change the prefix in the central node you must to enter the name of the server and the prefix like this
https://name of the server/prefix/qmc
it’s the same in the access point
https://name of the server/prefix/hub
other option that you need to check is if you disable https in the CMC you have to enter the same URL but without the s
http://name of the server/prefix/qmc
http://name of the server/prefix/hub
