Not able to open dev-hub in qliksense desktop

Hi All,

I am trying to open dev-hub from qliksense desktop. I am getting the below error. Would appreciate help here.

Also I am not able to download excel files or upload images to use in apps. One thing is I have installed Qlik in my own Qlik folder instead of default folder installation option.

Error while opeining Dev-hub
