People being removed from all Qlik Sense Quick Streams

Hi All,

One of my user is facing below Isssue, Can any one please suggest how to troubleshoot this Issue which will be great help.

Issue:

" When a person is removed from a Qlik Sense stream , they are removed from all the Qlik Sense streams, and after processing, they can only see the “Everyone” and streams with are linked to UAM.
• The user then has to contact all the stream owners to grant them access again"

Please help me with your suggestions.

hi 

in order to troubleshoot your issue 

you'll need more information on how access to streams is granted  to the users

if it's done manually meaning the user is add manually to each stream 

than there shouldn't be a problem , 

but if you use custom properties or groups 

than you'll have a problem

I saw one user who is facing Issue, as you said his id is assigned through custom properties.
