I'm facing sorting issue in pivot table with 2 dimensions. I have section and trans as 2 dimensions and i have trans order field. Each trans value will have trans order and section has 2 values. In the sorting for trans field i used trans order in sorting by expression but its not giving me the correct order. Used the below calculated dimension on trans and sorted by expression but not helping. Please can someone help me.
=Dual(TRANS, Aggr(Sum({<MODEL={'TRANS'},Product={'$(vCurrentSelection)'}
,YEAR={'$(vCurrentYear)'}>}VALUE),SECTION,TRANS))
Note:
- when I used the trans order as a dimension i see the sorting is working fine but i don't want to use the order as dimension. Tried hiding the dimension but the sorting is not working.
- When i select a value from section field then sorting is working but i don't want to select the value from section.
