I've just upgraded to the new Qlik Sense release 3.2.4 and am trying to connect in vain (I tried at least 15 times..)
Everytime, I have this message appearing :
And as you can see, I do have an internet connexion..
Any insights?

Ps: I could authenticate in around the 20th time..
Facing the Same Problem.
Try to change the password and then again log in.
The password is not the problem; since I can't even get to the interface where I enter my password.
Let me see if our product's team is aware
Hi Omar - I need more information - how are you attempting to authenticate? - Using a registered QlikID? Can you even get the login screen. Is that message displayed after or before you get to the login screen on Qlik Sense Desktop? Can you also translate the message for us?
vkr - I am not sure who handled this area. Vinay have you seen this?
When I try to connect with my Qlik Account:
- I click on connect with Qlik Account and a message appears(after seconds) to tell me that the authentication has failed and that I have to assure I have an internet connexion (which I do have..)
- The message is thus desplayed before the login screen; once the first step was ok and I could see the login screen, I was able to connect with no problem
