Qlik sense accounts

What are the qlik sense accounts used when

- Editing scripts

- Defining connections

- Running scripts

?

It doesn't appear to be the account we use for the login because there are network folders which we have rights with say - windows explorer.

We tried ourdoman\qliksense but still cannot see the required folders.

It's the account runs QlikSense services.

You need to grant permission to that account on your required folder in order to create a folder connection to it.

We added ourdomain\qliksense to a user group but still cannot see the network folder.

Do we need to reboot the server?

Did you use the UNC path? it will be something like: \\server\share\directory\

Make sure that the account runs QlikSense services has permission on folder.

I dont know ourdomain\qliksense is your  Qs services account or not.

After all above with no luck, i suggest restarting the server
