Qlik sense connection to PostgreSQL error: no pg_hba.conf entry for host

hello everyone .. i ma trying to connect to my database on Heroku Postgre and whenever i enter the info in order to access my database i get this no pg_hba.conf entry for host "xxx.xxx.xx.xx"  error, knowing that it works fine on other platforms like Tablleau !!

can anyone help me here and thanks in advance

Does the PostgreSQL TCP port is listening fine? Have you tried a telnet?
