Qliksense app size increased

Hi All,

From the last couple of weeks the app size has increased beyond the certain limits.

Could you please suggest which pointers do I need to consider in my analysis phase.

How would I get to know, from where exactly the issue has occurred.

We are using oracle database.

Could you please assist me.

Thanks

Have a look at https://qlikviewcookbook.com/recipes/download-info/qs-document-analyzer/ - Document Analyzer. You can see where the size is going and if you compare an older version to a newer one you can see where the differences are.

Hello,

Hope you must have gone through the optimization section on Qlik Help.

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/August2021/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Apps/app-performance.h...

You can check for below things though.

1. Qvd Size.

2. Synthetic Keys.

3. Circular References.

4. Cartesian (If any)

Thanks,
Ashutosh

@deep2021

The help section link @AshutoshBhumkar provided above is great

I just wanted to add that it is normal that the app seize grows over time, since there are more data added.

Thanks for the response.

May I know how to analyze a number of rows from particular table so that I would focus on tables having a number of records.

also is it possible to view the same information in the backend table.

Thanks

If you just want to see row counts per Qlik Table, make a Table visualization with these Dimensions.

$Table
$Rows

These are hidden fields so you will not see them in the Dimension dropdown, but you can type them in.
